DBC Brand Communications was founded in 2005 with a sole focus of providing advertising, marketing and insights companies with senior, expert guidance for building their business. Our staff includes former corporate communications heads, experienced agency executives, and business & trade media journalists – all with specific and deep expertise in the sectors we serve.

About Bill Daddi

For the past 15 years, Bill has helped advise and build brand equity for many of the leading companies and associations in the advertising, marketing and insights industries.

Prior to founding DBC Brand Communications, he provided brand communications support for companies ranging from Cotton Incorporated to P&G, Limited Brands, Johnson & Johnson, KAO Corporation, Sears, Kmart, Bacardi USA, Bristol-Myers Squibb and others.

Bill has served as president of Belsito & Company, a healthcare and consumer marketing agency; as senior vice president and head of the national consumer practice for Euro RSCG Magnet; as Managing Director of Lippe Taylor and was a principal with The Dilenschneider Group as well as Director of Communications for Cotton Incorporated.

Bill began his career as a journalist, holding positions with a variety of news organizations including CNN, WPIX-TV News, The McNeil/Lehrer Report, American Baby Magazine and Consumer Electronics Monthly.

Hollis Guerra

SVP, Strategic Partnerships

Hollis has more than 18 years of communications and agency experience providing strategic guidance to clients and teams in the ad tech, martech and consumer insights space, from startup size to IPO. She has worked with more than 60 B2B companies in the industry including The Trade Desk, PubMatic, Lotame, Amobee, AdColony, The CMO Club, Horizon Media, Nielsen, The IAB, Verizon, and Wrapify, among others, as well as B2C brands such as Kraft, Molson Coors, Patagonia and Red Bull.

Her focus has been on the creation and execution of communications strategies to differentiate clients in the market while enhancing their key business objectives and make meaningful connections with industry players and partners – including press, analysts, brands, advertisers, agencies and publishers

Caroline is a seasoned PR professional with over a decade of experience in the adtech and data space.

As SVP at DBC, she oversees all client accounts and staff. Caroline joined from Crenshaw Communications, where she drove successful thought leadership and media relations programs for clients as the company’s first Director of Ad Tech.

Her overall portfolio includes work for notable businesses such as DoubleVerify, Lotame, Univision, Viant and Amobee. In 2021, she directed a successful SPAC merger announcement for CTV ad platform Innovid at a $1.3 billion valuation for the company. Caroline holds a Masters in Communication from Johns Hopkins University.

Sara has extensive experience working across a variety of B2B clients in the adtech, martech and consumer insights industries.

She is passionate about translating insights into impactful communications opportunities for her clients.

Sara effectively meets KPIs and continues to challenge them to adopt communications strategies that will help her clients further meet their business objectives.

Rachel Jermansky

Rachel Jermansky comes to DBC with a strong background in adtech and martech, having led all communication efforts in-house at Outbrain, and having held multiple positions within PR agencies.

She has also worked in financial PR, where she helped adtech, martech and tech companies successfully go public through SPACs or IPOs.

Her overall portfolio includes notable companies like Tapad, Location3, Dailymotion, IgnitionOne, Kantar, Basis, Cadent, AppsFlyer, ironSource, ID5, RazorFish, and more.

Account Supervisor

Hannah joined DBC in February 2023 from Crenshaw Communications, where she led account management and media relations programs for advertising clients such as DoubleVerify and Yahoo.

Prior to pivoting to PR, Hannah was Global Marketing Manager at Mediaocean, where she drove successful marketing initiatives including events, social media, and email campaigns.

As a media specialist at DBC, Alexandra uses her deep experience in the advertising, marketing and insights space to drive strategic media coverage and develop content for clients including Advertiser Perceptions, Keen Decision Systems and LG Ad Solutions.

In previous roles at DBC, Goldin Solutions and SHIFT Communications, she helped generate successful PR campaigns for Kantar, McKinsey, Magid, Gravy Analytics, Cuebiq, and Presidio, among others.

With years of hands-on experience, Abby excels in creating compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences. She is adept at executing strategic campaigns that not only boost brand awareness, but also deliver impactful results.

Her portfolio of clients ranges from DSPs, SSPs, media agencies, mobile marketing analytics,  attribution platforms and more.

Taylor has over six years of B2B marketing and content experience, with an established background communicating digital agency and adtech client value propositions.

She is passionate about creating engaging and relevant content that drives thought leadership, brand awareness, and business growth.

Taylor comes to DBC from a B2B tech PR agency where she secured speaking opportunities for clients at major industry events.

She also developed award submissions with a win rate that was over 80% for some adtech and martech clients.

SARAH MAIN

Sarah Main comes to DBC from “The Agency” at The University of Florida where she led various internal initiatives for social and thought leadership, as well as account management for clients such as Uber and Disney Advertising.

Sarah is passionate about using data to tell better stories. In 2023, she was the winner of PRWeek’s Outstanding Student Award.
