I founded DBC to leverage my background as a journalist and understanding of how to motivate targets to engagement from decades of B2C and B2B experience to bring more effective marketing and promotions to the adtech, martech, insights and consulting verticals. From our unique vantage point of working with all facets of these industries, we see things differently – with clarity and understanding – of how the changes underway are likely to evolve and impact business. Bill Daddi

President

For the past 15 years, Bill has helped advise and build brand equity for many of the leading companies and associations in the advertising, marketing and insights industries.

Prior to founding DBC, he provided brand communications support for companies ranging from Cotton Incorporated to P&G, Limited Brands, Johnson & Johnson, KAO Corporation, Sears, Kmart, Bacardi USA, Bristol-Myers Squibb and others.

Bill has served as president of Belsito & Company, a healthcare and consumer marketing agency; as senior vice president and head of the national consumer practice for Euro RSCG Magnet; as Managing Director of Lippe Taylor and was a principal with The Dilenschneider Group as well as Director of Communications for Cotton Incorporated.

Bill began his career as a journalist, holding positions with a variety of news organizations including CNN, WPIX-TV News, The McNeil/Lehrer Report, American Baby Magazine and Consumer Electronics Monthly.

Executive Vice President

Bringing over a decade of experience in the adtech and data space, Caroline oversees all client accounts and staff.

She joined from Crenshaw Communications, where she drove successful thought leadership and media relations programs for clients as the company’s first Director of Ad Tech.

Her overall portfolio includes work for notable businesses such as DoubleVerify, Lotame, Univision, Viant and Amobee. In 2021, she directed a successful SPAC merger announcement for CTV ad platform Innovid at a $1.3 billion valuation for the company.

Justin Finnegan

Senior vice president

Justin Finnegan is a seasoned communications professional with 15+ years of experience in technology and B2B sectors. Leveraging his communications expertise, Justin is adept at distilling complex company narratives into compelling media stories, while delivering results-driven communications counsel. He has specialized in aligning communications programs with overall business objectives, ensuring holistic and effective strategies.

Justin as a proven track record of leading award-winning campaigns across diverse industry verticals, including advertising and marketing technology and eCommerce. Former clients include: Sitecore, Simpl.fi, Gravy Analytics, Teads, Whistle Sports, Tapad and Unruly Media. He also served in-house as marketing manager at Jun Group.

Prior to joining DBC, Justin was a Senior Vice President at ICR Lumina, as well as VP at SHIFT Communications where he served as lead for the New York office.

Sara Serbanoiu

Vice President

Sara has spent the last eight years leading communications for companies in the adtech, martech and insights space.

Throughout her tenure, she has developed and implemented strategic communications programs that drive business outcomes for the likes of LG Ad Solutions, the Coalition for Innovative Media Measurement, Vevo, the Advertising Research Foundation, CivicScience, and more.

Known for both her strategic counsel and hands-on execution, Sara consistently exceeds KPIs and guides clients to adopt forward-thinking communications approaches that position them as leaders in a rapidly evolving landscape.

Alexandra Bacharach

Senior Media Relations Specialist

With nearly a decade of experience, Alexandra has built a reputation as a skilled media relations strategist, known for her ability to secure impactful coverage and craft compelling content that elevates client thought leadership and brand positioning.  At DBC, she’s worked with leading brands across advertising, marketing and insights – such as Affinity Solutions, Captify, Cuebiq, Kantar, Keen Decision SystemsMagid, and McKinsey – to translate complex data and insights into narratives that resonate.

Earlier in her career, Alexandra held roles at Goldin Solutions and SHIFT Communications, where she helped generate successful PR campaigns for Gravy Analytics, Presidio, and more.

Abby Centanni

Senior Account Executive

With more than five years of experience in PR, Abby brings a strategic, solutions-oriented approach to helping clients amplify their brand positioning and visibility amongst target audiences. She has supported clients across the digital advertising ecosystem – from DSPs, SSPs, and media agencies to mobile marketing analytics platforms and attribution providers – helping them uncover the narratives that resonate and position them for growth.

At DBC, she plays a pivotal role in the development and execution of integrated communications programs. From drafting content to securing top-tier coverage that helps achieve business goals, Abby is integral to her clients’ success.  

SARAH MAIN

Driven by a passion for uncovering trends, Sarah approaches storytelling through the lens of how technology, media, and culture intersect. At DBC, she supports clients across adtech, martech and insights – including LG Ad Solutions, Vevo and Affinity Solutions – helping them navigate and stand out in a rapidly evolving media and technology landscape. 

She began her career at the University of Florida’s “The Agency,” where she drove initiatives for Uber and Disney Advertising. In 2023, she was recognized with PRWeek’s Outstanding Student Award, recognizing her as a top emerging talent in PR.

Taylor Carroll

Senior Manager, Content

Taylor has more than six years of experience in B2B marketing and content, with a focus on helping digital agencies and adtech companies explain and highlight what makes them valuable. Her background in content strategy and communications includes work that has improved brand visibility, built thought leadership, and supported business growth.

Since joining DBC three years ago, she’s helped B2B brands tell their stories more effectively through securing speaking opportunities at major conferences, developing winning award submissions, and creating content that connects with both target audiences and stakeholders.
